Initial Coaching Conversation/Consult

In this conversation, Nita will gather information and discuss next steps with the client. (30 minutes) -message for rates

Coaching Conversations/The Work

Each coaching conversation will be tailored individually to each educator client. The work we do will look differently for everyone. We will develop a plan based on individual needs.

Coaching Cycle

The coaching cycle will be a 4 week cycle. It will be once per week for 4 weeks of meeting on a particular goal/plan for the educator. —message for rates (1 hour/week)
